About Me
I’m Stephen Donovan, LMHC, CPC.
And I believe that your worth isn’t something you earn— you have it simply because you draw breath. I’ve spent over a decade helping people who feel stuck in self-doubt, anxiety, and perfectionism. People who keep it together on the outside but quietly carry the weight of not feeling “good enough.” If that sounds like you, I want you to know: you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure this out by yourself. I work with adults who are navigating stress, grief, identity struggles, or past trauma. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or just exhausted from trying so hard, therapy can help you reclaim a sense of self you may have lost along the way.

Approach
Therapy with me is respectful, honest, and deeply collaborative. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and EMDR, depending on what you need. We’ll explore where your pain is coming from —not to dwell in it, but to understand it, so you can move through it with clarity and compassion. You set the pace. I’ll walk beside you, offering tools, insights, and encouragement.
